Market Forecast
The global online market for language learning has been projected to reach 10.5 billion USD by 2025. This represents a significant 13.1% compound annual growth rate by “Research and Markets.” The study concluded, prior to the COVID19 pandemic, the growth in the market can be tied directly to the need for higher-level workforce communication skills as globalization continues. It also recognized the growing demand for personalized content and the shift of large companies and educational institutions from traditional classroom learning to online.
In 2020 we find ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic which has accelerated the need to make online work, education and interaction even more viable. It is clear that the demand for better language learning experience is there and likely greater than the most recent pre-COVID projections.
